Teachers in state schools are required to undertake five Inset days in addition to the 190 teaching days children are required to be in school. The days are determined by the school in order to meet the training needs of the staff.
The INSET Days for 2022 - 2023 are:
INSET DAY 1 – Thursday 1st September 2022
INSET DAY 2 – Friday 2nd September 2022
INSET DAY 3 – Wednesday 5th October 2022
INSET DAY 4 – Wednesday 25th January 2023
INSET DAY 5 – Monday 5th June 2023
