- Love. Courage. Hope.
With all the excitement and full diary before Christmas the Autumn HOC assembly happened this morning. It was wonderful to be able to invite proud parents in to celebrate their children's achievements in helping the community.
Children have been raising money, befriending and helping elderly neighbours, writing to park rangers requesting more litter bins, collecting litter to improve the environment for animals, buying and delivering food to food banks as well as others.
They are showing that the legacy of Mrs Mills, a lollypop lady that helped keep CKS children safe for decades, still inspires us today.
Many KS2 children also received their STEP badges (Sorry, Thank you, Excuse me , Please) this morning too.
Mrs Taylor is taking HOC pledges now for the end of the Spring term.
